As a former food critic and frequent traveler, I enjoyed the convenient location of Hilton Garden Inn Queens/JFK. Despite a few hiccups with the shuttle and room maintenance, the staff were pleasant and the room amenities were satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay close to the airport.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT, great service too. Would choose it again. Rooms were better than on photos.

I have had a really good experience, this little, spotless hotel deserves more than 3 stars.

Facilities were good, nonetheless Wi-Fi was slow.

We liked this hip new hotel, no reason to complain. Our room was brand-new and top-notch with a very comfortable large king size bed and the buffet breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

We would recommend this hotel, spent here good 1 night. Its staff and rooms were nice that's why We liked the place. The excellent onsite restaurant had lots of food.

The team, especially Junior, radiated exceptional warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was delicious and generous, and the late checkout was a kind gesture, truly appreciated.

Rooms comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast pleasant but a little pricey. Unfortunately, some miscommunications on shuttles and amenities need ironing out for a smoother guest experience. A decent stay for those prioritizing proximity to the airport.

Everything is perfect, I loved it. Staff is terrific, breakfast tasty, location is perfect short walk to airport as well as the highway. It also has good internet and free parking.

I loved that I got the wrong Hilton and they took me to the corrector for free and transfers to the apt tmbn are free (you only leave a tip to the driver in both cases)

The staff are phenomenal! Everyone from the desk clerk, housekeeping, and restaurant/bar staff were very professional & friendly. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious! The room was comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes around the clock. In terms of relaxation, the comfortable bed and well-insulated rooms provided a peaceful environment. Exploring nearby landmarks like Jack Kerouac's House and Idlewild Park added a special touch to our family bonding time. The hotel's convenient location near JFK and easy access to other attractions made our stay quite enjoyable. However, the lack of heating in the bathroom was a downside, and the issue with the shuttle service was a bit inconvenient. a good choice for a quick trip, especially considering the price and proximity to the airport.

We liked this clean hotel with a nice lobby. We got king room with a king size bed, a fridge, payed breakfast, had very good experience here.

The staff at this hotel were all amazing and very helpful. From the bellman to the ladies at the front desk to the waitress in their onsite restaurant, everyone was friendly and accommodating. the room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, microwave, and iron, making the stay very convenient. the free shuttle service to the airport was a big plus, and the staff even had menus for nearby restaurants that deliver, which was extremely helpful.

One thing that could be improved is the selection of food in the restaurant and bar area; it was a bit limited and not the best quality.

Location. If someone wants to be close to JFK, this hotel is ok.

It's not cheap. . There are two of these hotels next to JFK, and the taxi driver mistook these hotels and at night he brought us to another one, even though he got a printed address - I know it's the driver's fault not the hotel's.
